Bought these because of the variety of magnesium they contain. Need to reup on that because I drink coffee everyday so I need to replenish that. It also has saffron which is supposed to help with adhd? So not sure, but I don’t take them as often as I should as I forget! (Adhd!) The taste isn’t bad at all.
