I got this supplement because I have thinning hair due to two medicines I take. This is my first time trying collagen. I haven't noticed my hair thickening yet, but I'm very hopeful because within a few days my nails got stronger and stopped breaking. They are also growing longer; I have to trim them in less than a week. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I didn't experience any unpleasant side effects such as an unpleasant aftertaste or upset stomach.
