It works well for me.. I have tried soo many drugs and between this and flax seed oil work well.. the cost is horrible though.. I brought mines at tjmaxx and got lucky. Should have brought a few bottles lol — VP

This 60 capsule Menopausal Supplements for Women is supposed to have the following ingredients: Black Cohosh for Menopause Hot Flashes, with DIM, Chasteberry, Evening Primrose, Flax Seed & Ashwagandha. The unique combination of these herbal ingredients may have a bit of an effect to the body upon intake which is positive, it is either the ingredients are doing it or simply placebo.
