D3 + K2 with Potassium & Magnesium — 60 Capsules (Orange Label)

I RARELY endorse these things, but in this case, I'm making an exception. This is an EXCELLENT supplement for people recovering from surgery, aging gracefully (like myself lol) who have had past surgeries, struggle to regrow and/or build muscle, or just due to decreased growth hormone (a by-product of the "A-word"). Ever since I started taking this - and I have had 13 surgeries, most of them spine or musculoskeletal (3 cervical/neck, 4 btw both shoulders, 5 knee 2 on left 3 on right, with the last being a total replacement) - and I've used a number of supplements in the past, carefully monitoring effects over time.. I am noticing both improved endurance, less muscle fatigue and a lower cardiac rate (I monitor this closely) during exercise! My CR dropped at least 20 points during challenging cardio, and my recovery is faster - HR starts to drop almost immediately post-workout! In addition, some muscle loss on my lower left calf is FINALLY filling back in - and I've been at just leg rehab for 5 YEARS! I used to body build back from the early '80s to 2000 - the whole "NO Pain, NO Gain" insanity, and I'm working my way back from the damage that caused me... I know there's NO magic pill for anything out there, so do not let someone tell you there is. What I will say is, that I've been at PT/rehab for a number of years now. During this past MONTH, I've noticed consistent improvement - the BEST I've seen in years! This formula does seem to effectively boost my cardiac output by lessening strain on my cardiovascular system, enabling me to workout and challenge my body just enough to see progress (I go EASY because I'm 66, and is the smartest thing to do, at least for someone in my situation). Moreover, my lipid counts are improving! More of the "Good" HDL and a decrease in the "Bad" LDL. LDLs can drop more easily, but raising the HDL is hard, and I'm finally seeing it! Those things don't just happen out of the blue. As I said, I've been at this a long time, and this is the only thing that not only helps my movement, making me feel better, (and the numbers DON'T lie), my cardiac performance, notably, my vascular system has documented improvement. Increased exercise IMPROVES BONE DENSITY/HEALTH, which is VERY important, especially that I am post-menopausal. This one ticks a LOT of the boxes. Also, the capsules are medium-sized, are easy enough to swallow and have NO taste/aftertaste! Also, they are NOT expensive, compared to most of the garbage out there AND they are MADE in the USA (no toxic poisons from China). I DO highly recommend! — M. Kucher
