This started to work once I took two capsules with food. However, let me give some background to my review. After I took the jab some 5 years ago, I felt my left arm was "falling asleep" and had that numb feeling for a while. I looked up chlorella and spirulina as a possible way to resolve that issue; the supplement worked in suppressing the feeling but somehow the numbness from the vaccination still came back periodically. Now after taking this supplement I felt the numbness being combatted, so to speak. After I took two capsules, I felt the numbness subdued and even lessened to a satisfying degree.
